About the Fair and Organizations/Vendor Spaces

Coffee County Emergency Management Agency (CCEMA) and Coffee County Community Emergency Response Team (CC-CERT) 8th Annual Emergency Preparedness Fair and Safety Saturday is Saturday, September 14, 2019, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Enterprise First United Methodist Church, 217 South Main Street, Enterprise, AL. This is a new venue this year and will be part of the Downtown Boll Weevil Art Festival that weekend.

This event is a fun-filled day of adventure and education for the whole family featuring disaster preparedness information, ideas and supplies as well as appearances by the Coffee County CERT mascot, Sparky the Fire Dog, and several school mascots throughout the Wiregrass. There will be a special area for children to learn all about disaster preparedness.

ORGANIZATION/VENDOR SPACES: There is NO FEE to reserve space; however, if you are selling a product, we require that you offer a discounted price on one or more of your products for attendees of the Fair. We also encourage each organization/vendor to donate one “raffle” item, which will be used as an hourly door prize.

We would like a variety of public and private organizations/vendors that will provide emergency preparedness information to the citizens in Wiregrass community and the State of Alabama.

SET UP: Your organization/group is responsible for set-up and take down of your area. Electrical power is available to a limited amount of spaces (outdoors), first come first served. Plenty of electrical power is available for indoor displays. Single spaces are 10 X 10 but we can provide more if needed.

We are also looking for SPONSORS. Please let us know if you were like to be a sponsor! Will advertise your organization’s support in all media materials used.

If you need more than one space please call Scotty Johnson at 334-806-1994 or email coffeecocertcoord@hotmail.com

Application deadline is Monday, September 9, 2019.
