Exciting news!! We are implementing a new payment system starting September 28, 2023. The new customer portal will offer so much more than the current one will. You will be able to communicate with us if you have a question via the portal, set up ACH payment for automatic draft (WITH NO PROCESSING FEE), and so much more. In the long run it will help us help you better. But please show grace and patience as we navigate through the learning process and the small hiccups that will occur with a new system.
Unfortunately, your old password will not work on the customer portal. In order to set up online bill pay you will need your most current invoice number and your account number. We will be sending out bills the 1st week of October that will have this information on it, so keep your eye out for the blue card! Also, if you currently have your account set up on automatic payment with a credit/debit card that will NOT process. There is no legal way to copy over the card numbers to the new system.
